Land Design is staffed to provide complete landscape services from start to finish. We provide landscaping for new homes as well as major and minor landscape renovation on existing homes. Our on-staff designer works to develop landscape plans specific to client and site requirements. We work continuously with the homeowner to complete permitting, inspection and other job requirements. Hardscape crews handle installation of retaining walls, paver patios, flagstone walkways and more. Heavy excavating equipment handles installation of large native stone accent boulders. Softscape crews complete the project with the installation of trees, shrubs, and mulch.

Land Design is a certified installer of Versa-Lok segmental retaining wall products. These products offer unlimited variations of

Land Design also offers residential and commercial landscape maintenance. Spring and fall clean-ups, mulching, mowing and snow removal are offered. Should you require enhancements, service or repairs that are not normally handled under a maintenance agreement, Land Design gladly provides the flexibility and responsiveness to get the work done. The same holds true for minor touch-ups, repairing weather damage, or fixing minor emergencies.

Land Design also offers excavating services. Perk tests, installation of septic systems, sewer and utility installs and hook-ups, footer work, grading and delivery of stone are available. We also sell and deliver screened top soil.
